Adult Religious Education — 9:30 AM Thompson Hamilton, "Spring Cleaning" The ritual of cleaning one's house, or putting it in order can be a deeply satisfying process or so I've heard. It can be a process of renewal, reconnection and rebirth, of awakening, and it begins simply by opening your windows and allowing the essential exchange to begin: in with the new and out with the old. This spring, we may throw those windows wide open or we may find ourselves reluctant to let even a little light in. The light may show us a bigger job than sweeping behind the fridge. It may be time to evaluate what we need to let go of, to make way for something new, as well as what is worth holding on to.
