Menu: Mini soft pretzel with smoked salmon, pickled spring onion, whole grain mustard crème fraiche. Pastrami duck breast with rye spiced risotto and red cabbage jam. Carmelized pineapple, vanilla pound cake, and pineapple gastrique.
