In this class we will focus on three spinning techniques that create beautiful and unique yarns. With demonstrations and hands-on learning Mimi Luebbermann and Marlie DeSwart will demystify and have you spinning yarns from the lock, core spinning, and fun bouclé. We will provide the beautiful locks from our Corriedale ewes on the farm that you spin together creating amazing yarn that works great for accents in your knitting. With roving you will learn how to core spin, a two handed technique that creates a yarn with a wonderful bloom. And the ever fun Boucle yarn with its whimsical loops. $150 All Materials provided.
