Spinning with Alpaca Saturday, October 27th  10 to 4pm This hands-on class will focus on alpaca fiber. It will be taught by Ann Brezina, a commercial shearer and addicted spinner.  You will learn about the different alpacas—huacaya and suri, how to process an alpaca fleece, examining fleeces to learn about blankets and seconds. You will learn the nuances of spinning alpaca both alone and blending alpaca with wool. $150 (includes material) - **You will need to be an intermediate spinner to take this class. Bring something for a potluck lunch. Wear layers for changing weather.
